  • We’re more than happy to raise a quote/proposal, however equipment is not reserved until payment is made, either in full or with a minimum 20% deposit.

    Until payment has been made, the equipment quoted is not reserved, and therefore could be booked by someone else.

  • Orders cancelled within 72 hours of the start of your hire will forfeit the cost of the hire, due to the short notice not allowing us to hire the items to any other prospective customers.

    Orders cancelled early than 72 hours before the commencement of the hire attract a full refund.

    Any consumables (drum heads etc) and associated labour required for your order will be forfeited, as the costs have been incurred.

  • If you’re looking for long-term (week+) hire, please email [email protected] with the item(s) dates for pickup and return, and we’ll consult the calendar and abacus and get back to you.

  • We offer delivery, setup, operation, pack down and collection services on a case-by-case basis. Pricing varies depending on time of day, day of the week, public holidays etc.

    If you’d like to enquire as to pricing, please email [email protected] with the dates, times, location, duration etc and we’ll provide pricing.

    Please note that these services are subject to staff availability, and may not always be workable.

  • Our hire department is not staffed on Sundays. We offer Monday returns with no additional hire charges in order to ensure you’re not financially disadvantaged.

    If a Sunday pickup/delivery/drop off is absolutely necessary, pricing starts at $352 inc GST, and is subject to staff availability.

  • Due to our unique situation with our retail store, we have relationships with end users and brands, and quite often can find that odd things you need to make your life complete.

    We offer this as a service for significant value bookings only.If you’re only chasing the weird and wonderful, and not any of our regular items, please don’t be upset when we politely decline your request.

  • For casual and one-off hires, payment is required by credit card. For regular & corporate hirers, we offer payment by EFT direct bank deposit.

  • Our insurance covers public liability for damages incurred for malfunction whilst in your care.

    If an item is stolen/lost or damaged whilst in your care, the risk and replacement/repair cost is worn by you and/or your own insurance provider.

    Any items lost/stolen or damaged whilst in your care requirement payment in full within 14 days of end of hire.

  • No, our hire rates cover only the cost of hiring equipment.It is assumed/expected that the hirer has sufficient technical knowledge to safely operate the equipment.

    User manuals are all online and downloadable from the manufacturers websites, and YouTube has all the answers.

    If you need help setting up and/or operating, please consider booking a setup and/or operator service with your hire.

  • All equipment is supplied in appropriate cases or covers, and must remain in the supplied case/cover whilst being transported.

    We do not allow any items except staging to travel in open tray Utes or trailers.
